Intersecantesi

Napoli, old town: people walk, people wander, people come across. An anonim eye walk, wander, come across as well.

I was wondering how many people we come across our own way day by day; their stories, each one's origin, destination, ambition.

"Intersecantesi". A mathematical term meaning "intersecting" especially related to lines. Here straight lines are people and their unknown, untold, unexpected paths they walk through. Straight, bent, crossing anyway, in some kind of way.

Straight lines
coming from endless space and time
straight, along that way, unbent one
as chanceless lines on unchangeble paths.
Quick the ones, slower or faster some
each one lost, through thoughts, pain and ghosts.
Crossing lines
brush each others away, so stranger, wide
unkept and supposed lost.
Sometimes changing
somebody moves towards the jail at its sides.
Straight lines crossing
merging into a point, just one
where the whole game is played
where the whole game is done.
“Instant” - how long is it?
In whichever way, the most unending one.
“Moment”, during which the sight....
the smell...... or the sixth sense........
Choice with no choosing.
Choose to do choose not.
Lines go on, straight.
