I don't think a few years ago I would have had the confidence or even know how to Produce and Direct something like this. Although, the shortest short I have Directed after the previous three, I feel it is one of the most ambitious I have done so far.
The idea mainly came from looking at a poster one day and imagining what might happen if it came to life. I called in Carlo Saccenti (Who had written my previous short Memorial) and he wrote a draft or two before I was soon able to create an Orwellian/Brave New World style universe in the film which to be honest didn't properly take shape until the editing and sound mixing of the short.
I wanted to give the short a little campy/not too serious feel to it as I feel this helps Infinity stand out differently to other short films out there.
I would like again to thank all those who helped with this project. Names are below...
Carlo Saccenti, Joseph Loughrell, Natasha Markou, Tania Seron, Alexander Nathan, Kate Ross, Joe Addison, Simon Oldham, William Pleasant, Kasra Karimi, Patrice Harris... And of course my Mum!!!
