Experiencing Interruptions?

i'm fine

"I'm fine" is a film that physicalizes the feelings of anxiety through dance. The work explores how people cope with anxiety in a private setting versus a public setting, as well as the different routes people take to deal with their own mental illness. However, its main purpose is for people to see themselves reflected in the film and help people recognize their anxiety and seek help. "I'm fine" looks to help normalize and validate anxiety as a legitimate mental illness, help create awareness of how many people suffer from it, and break the stereotype that seeking help is a sign of weakness.
