The Hugs Project

This documentary follows three young adults as they challenge their thoughts about intimacy in the technology age while undertaking a challenge in contrast to their everyday attitudes and behaviors around physical touch. Sarah is outgoing and a believer in the power of hugs, while Mark only hugs his friends and family. Lastly, there is Brock, who finds no comfort in hugging anyone. This documentary makes a lasting impression regarding human connections and the ways in which we relate to each another.
