Hannah Nicole Duran grew up always knowing she wanted to work in the entertainment business. Being an only child, Hannah grew up with a very active imagination. At a young age, Hannah went through camera after camera always filming family events and other stories she would make up on the spot. With many school plays and roles in many local community theatre shows Hannah started acting at a young age. At age 15, she was accepted into a Middle College High School where she is majoring in Filmmaking and will be graduating with an Associates Degree in Filmmaking before she graduates from high school. Now being 17 years old, when not busy with high school, college, church, or being an intern for a hometown radio and news station, Hannah makes films with her friends and submits her films into many film festivals. Just last year (2014) Hannah created, directed, acted in, wrote, and produced, her own television pilot called Nightmare Incorporated. Along with fifteen of her friends who helped with the film, the film was accepted into three film festivals and won an Indie Award of Merit. Hannah now is working on a documentary called The Homeless Prayers Project. The documentary is to be submitted this year (2015) in many film festivals and hopefully will inspire people to help those in need. Hannah has fallen in love with inspirational films and plans on hopefully attending UCLA. Hannah wants to become an Academy Award winning director, working with the great minds of entreatment and inspiring years of generations to come.
"I see films influence people in what they say and in what they do, we could use this as an advantage. We could create inspirational films that would influence people to step out of their comfort zone and do something amazing to better the world."
"Possibilities are endless, within film and within influence!"
"If your dreams only seem possible in a movie then don't make it a horror film."
