Director Biography - Daniel Pérez-Aréchiga

Daniel Alejandro Pérez Aréchiga | México | 1996 | Color | 19
Salamanca, Guanajuato, music student (composition) from Guanajuato University. Film maker and sound designer in process. During 2015, he participated in the Cinematographic Realization
workshop-course taught by Centro de Capacitación Cinematográfica (CCC) in Centro de las Artes de Guanajuato,
writing and directing one of the short films selected as a result of the program;
and as a part of the Jose Revueltas section of the UG, the workshop Luis Buñuel by Michael Wood.

Direct sound and sound design workshop by Sergio Cerecedo and cinematographic language with Ramon Medina, at the mark of the 2nd cinematographic expression Forum Carpe Diem.
Direct sound, Sound design, and music in “La señal del Palomo”, a short film that was selected at the 2nd cinematographic expression Forum Carpe Diem, amongst other works done within the same area.
Nowadays, he is a part of the Aurora International Horror Film Festival, as a part of his college
social service.
