Kit Zauhar is a junior at Tisch School of the Arts majoring in filmmaking and minoring in creative writing. In her spare time she enjoys karaoke, tacos, and cyberstalking. She has acted in and directed many short films and has written more shitty poetry than you'll ever know. The main themes she explores in her works, be it film or otherwise, are adolescence and coming of age, mental illness (specifically anxiety), intimacy, disappointment, and what it means to be beautiful. You can find her work at her website. She hopes you and her can be beautiful together.
It's been 2 years in the making and yet I still find this film relevant to not only my own life, but that of many of my friends. I hope this can be a small but lasting statement about post-adolescent loneliness, what it means to find solace in others, and more importantly in yourself.
