This is a story about two senior citizens who are still brave enough to do something that most of us would be afraid to do.
Have you driven to the middle of nowhere? 250+ miles from a gas station? That’s scary. With only a motorcycle and a tent in bear-infested wilderness!? That’s pretty daring. Join in on the adventure.
For me, the best thing about this movie as that I made it with my father.
My dad is a photographer, he used to run his own side business. In the 90’s, he chipped in half of the money on my first Nikon 6006 SLR camera. He instilled in my brothers and I a love of photography and nature. Any creativity or talent I have, I owe to him.
For this project, I gave him a crash course in video, just like he gave me a crash course in still photography as a teenager. I wish I could have gone with him. He came back with some beautiful footage and my cameras came back in one piece!
