Choosing the subject we wanted to explore in our documentary went very smoothly as we all shared a common vision. The general idea was to tell a story of a subject that is unfamiliar to the general public in a fresh and enthralling way. We want to introduce the subject to a broader audience and tell its story in a way that brings more interest to it. Estonia is not a well-known country and it is a great opportunity to introduce a tiny part of it to the world. Keri island is a small place that even not many estonians know about. It is special because it has a very passionate community formed around it who maintain the island and have invested their lives in keeping the island from being forgotten and washed away.
