Tushar Routh: born in western bengal of india, schooled in the rust belt and educated in new york’s hudson river valley, cass corridor of detroit, new york galleries and the deep primitive south. a graduate of the university of michigan and the university of california. after finally settling in san francisco, the theme of ‘room with a different view’® was born.
Global Chilling Project: a doublé entendre. one is to reverse the effects of global warming while another is to shock humans by placing a mirror in front of them. yet, both are deeply interrelated. let’s start with a question: if you can’t change the world, would we change ourselves? to reverse global warming, it requires a monumental behavioral shift. that doesn’t mean if you dislike your current government, you simply move to another city, state or country. yes, you may escape and run away with your $Billions$. but where will your children and grandchildren go? do you really understand the meaning of “global”? this project is for those helpless children of this planet. many of whom aren’t even born yet. are humans ready… for humanity?
the end result will be nothing short of chilling.
