Gabriel Gasser (28) is working as a sports journalist for almost a decade. Starting his career writing for the press he quickly chased his dream of working at a TV channel. Since five years Gasser is working for the TV sports channel MySports. As an anchorman and filmmaker he is always looking for the story behind the story, the human side of the sports business.
Sven Schoch (46), producer, reporter & commentator at MySports. In the last two years he has produced two Documentary films in collaboration with Martin Masafret and Gabriel Gasser - “The Davos Project - Awakening and Standstill” and “Is Corona Eating the Tigers?”. Before moving to the TV channel MySports in October 2018, he was employed by the Swiss news agency Keystone-SDA for over 22 years.
Gabriel Gasser: «Growing up not far from the cult club SCL Tigers it was almost logical for me to follow the hockey club during its most difficult time ever. Convincing them to be part of a sports documentary was a whole other task though, but our characters kept their promises and didn't shut the doors even when a financial collapse was a real possibility. This documentary is maybe one of the most honest pieces of hockey history you'll find.»
