Fırat Gümüştekin (born March 16, 2000, Tarsus, Mersin) is a Turkey-based film director and writer. He began his career in the early 2020s, directing short films, music videos, and concert recordings. His works often explore themes of solitude, identity, and human connection, blending cinematic storytelling with contemporary visual styles.
In 2025, he wrote and directed his short film Yalnızlık (Loneliness), which attracted attention in independent film circles for its minimalist yet emotionally powerful narrative. Beyond cinema, he has collaborated with notable Turkish artists such as Sagopa Kajmer, Ati242, MEG, and Ceren Sagu, directing music videos and live performance visuals.
His artistic journey bridges narrative cinema and digital media, aiming to create works that resonate with both local and international audiences. Based in Antalya, he continues to produce independent films and commercial projects.
