Director Statement

Michele, Nancy and I are first-time filmmakers who’ve been collaborating in the theatre world for years. We share a passion for stories that surprise, entertain, and reflect the human condition – in all its absurdity, hilarity and tragedy.

With a budget of $1500 and collaborators to whom we are eternally indebted, we made FIND SOME LOVE.

Looking to the future, we want to generate new work for film, television and theatre with an emphasis on the female protagonist – because, simply stated, there aren’t enough of them out there. Based in New York City, we are always looking for new artists who share our sensibilities.

Sincerely,
Melissa
