  • It was great to be selected for the Bayamon International Film Festival and happy to win Best Short Fiction :)

The only thing that would be great if they are more on social media. On the website they didn't ad the screening schedule for this year. It also would be cool to see some pictures from the event.

I am HAPPY, SAD and DISAPPOINTED.
I am happy, because my film was included to festival. Congratulations to all filmmakers who seemed to be part of this festival!
But I am sad because of the lack of information and interaction. Before, during and after the festival, there was no other information, than films accepted, at all on social media and no information through email.

After my first review (Feb 7th 2020), the festival director contacted me for the first time through email, twice, asking to either remove or change my review. I was so looking forward to be part of this filmfestival remotely and I was so excited. I hope my film was seen by the audience. I wish I could have experienced at least a little bit what the audience thought about the festival or the films. Now, I have no idea. And there is still no relevant information what I am missing from the festival about the 5th edition of the festival by the time of this second review with constructive feedback.

The respect towards filmmakers and the operational skills of this festival needs improvement. I hope organizers would learn from this. Now, I still feel empty, sad but also disappointed. But thank you for accepting so many different filmmakers visions into your festival, and I wish you the best of luck in the future.

    Mr. Puroaho
Your message arrived in the spam folder. That's why we didn't read it at the time. It is a fortuitous situation.
    Similarly, excuse us.
