  • I had a great time participating in his festival! The curators and programmers did such a good job of staying in communication and inviting creators to participate in all aspects of the festival, including doing Q&As, and social media outreach. I love that the festival had a virtual aspect too which allowed for further participation. My film was in KidsFilmFest and I really love how the programmers made a huge effort to involve families and promote filmmaking among young creators. To me, that is what the art is all about!

  • This was such a wonderful festival! I was thrilled to have my short "Cool for You" shown to Brooklyn audiences. They made all the filmmakers feel so appreciated and valued - included in so many opportunities to speak about our film (virtual Q&A, in-person Q&A, plug Live IG interview). Would love to bring future projects to this festival. I feel so honored that my short was shown as part of the KidsFilmFest program.

We want to thank KidsFilmFest for including our film, Queen Marlene's Toy Museum and Friends in the festival. We enjoyed getting a chance to meet their staff and work with their team, who worked tirelessly to make the festival a success. We feel fortunate that our film was selected and wish to thank KidsFilmFest for such a great experience.
