From the organisers of the BAFTA-winning British Urban Film Festival, The Wellness Film Festival is a community-driven event celebrating the power of cinema to inspire, heal, and promote mental and emotional well-being. Founded by award-winning dermatologist and film director Dr Clare Anyiam-Osigwe BEM, WELLFF will feature a curated selection
of contemporary films, documentaries, and short films exploring themes of mindfulness, resilience, self-care, and social connection.

WELLNESS FILM FEST at KINN
A weekend to reset your nervous system, nourish your body, and reconnect with meaning.
May 2–3, 2026 | KINN, Los Angeles
This is not another event. It’s a pause.
A rare, intimate weekend designed for people who are tired of rushing, tired of noise, and tired of consuming content that doesn’t actually change how they feel.

Wellness Film Fest (WELLFF) brings together film, health, conversation, and community — inside the calm, intentional world of KINN — to create something simple and powerful:

Space to feel better. Space to think clearly. Space to remember yourself.
Why film + wellness?
Because stories bypass the intellect and land directly in the body.

Film helps us feel what we’ve been too busy to process. Health practices help us integrate what we feel — safely, gently, together.

At WELLFF, we don’t rush you from one thing to the next. We let meaning land.
What you’ll experience
This weekend is intentionally small. Every element is curated. Nothing is accidental.

By day:
• Health classes designed to regulate your nervous system
• Guided journalling and reflection (no pressure to share)
• Thoughtfully curated films that explore mental health, resilience, and human truth
• Nourishing lunch in a beautiful, grounded space

By evening:
• Film screenings followed by gentle, intelligent discussion
• Drinks reception to connect without small talk
• A Sunday evening comedy to close with joy and presence

No rushing. No performative networking. No information overload.

Just depth, care, and connection.
The setting matters
KINN is not a venue — it’s a feeling.

A space designed for intentional living, thoughtful conversation, and people who value quality over chaos. The moment you arrive, your body knows it can soften.

WELLFF could not exist anywhere else.
Who this is for
This weekend is for you if:
• You’re successful but tired
• You consume a lot, but integrate very little
• You crave meaning more than motivation
• You want to feel better, not just learn more
• You value intimacy, beauty, and depth

This is not for people looking for hype, hustle, or surface-level wellness.

  • This was our first film festival selection for “A Little Jaded.” And it was the perfect one to start off our festival run! Dr. Clare was so welcoming and celebratory of our work. We met awesome filmmakers and had a great experience. Hope to be back again :)

This was the last film festival for my film and couldn’t pick a better one. Great communication, great films and great learning experience about how to find wellness.

I would definitely submit any other films to this film festival

The Wellness Film Festival was an outstanding experience for us as filmmakers. From the very beginning, communication with the festival team was excellent — professional, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. Questions were answered quickly.

The organization of the festival was top quality. Everything was handled efficiently and thoughtfully. It was clear that the team is passionate about supporting meaningful storytelling and building a strong community around wellness and film.

We were honored to be part of the festival and highly recommend it to filmmakers looking for a well-organized event with exceptional communication and filmmaker support with films focusing on health and wellness.
