Submissions Now Open for WIMA 2026!

The World International Movie Awards (WIMA) invites filmmakers from around the globe to submit their creative works across all forms and genres. Whether it’s a gripping drama, a thought-provoking documentary, or an experimental short, we’re excited to showcase the diversity and ingenuity of independent cinema.

Guidelines for Submission:

Films in languages other than English must include burned-in English subtitles to ensure accessibility for our audience.
Only completed projects will be considered; incomplete submissions will not be eligible.
Submission does not guarantee selection, as all entries undergo a rigorous review by our jury.
Selected Films:
Filmmakers whose projects are chosen will:

Have their films featured at WIMA events and promotional showcases.
Authorize WIMA to utilize select film material, including stills and clips, for marketing and outreach purposes, amplifying the visibility of their work.
