Pulse of Animation Festival is a unique and colorful film festival, which for the first time will open its doors to all animation lovers. The event will take place in a cozy local coffeehouse with a cinema hall, located at 16 "Vasil Levski" Blvd, Gorni Bogrov, Bulgaria.

Here the audience will be able to enjoy a variety of animation styles and genres, from classic works that have become timeless classics to innovative creations by modern authors setting trends on a global level.

The festival will be a platform to explore the work of both recognized masters of animation and emerging artists and directors, whose ideas open new facets of animation art. Masterclasses, discussions, and exclusive screenings will give viewers the opportunity to immerse themselves in the process of creating animation, learn about the latest technologies, and uncover the secrets of the craft.

Join the Pulse of Animation Festival at our charming venue to feel the pulse of modern animation cinema and be part of this exciting event!

All projects selected to participate in the Pulse of Animation Festival are guaranteed to receive a certificate confirming their participation and status in the festival.

A jury of leading animation and film professionals evaluates the originality, technique, and overall quality of each work. Individual works may be awarded for unique achievements such as “For Innovative Approach in Animation,” “Best Screenplay,” or “Outstanding Soundtrack.” Special mentions are awarded to works that have managed to impress the jury with their creativity, emotion, and craftsmanship beyond the usual standards.

Registration fees are non-refundable. Proof of student status (e.g., a copy of a student ID attached to the project) is required to receive student benefits.

Pulse of Animation Festival reserves the right to use trailers, teasers, posters, or stills from the movie for promotional purposes (but under no circumstances publishes the full movie). If the movie is not in English, English subtitles are a prerequisite.

All submissions must be original works that do not infringe copyright or other rights of third parties. The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any project that violates the festival rules or legal regulations.

много ти благодаря - what a wonderful honour for me to receive best feature film (Spacemetery) and best film about the future (Deliverace). It's even more special as this is a specialist animation festival, so you guys must see all sort of wonderful submissions of all sorts of creative styles and really know your animation, so I'm blown away by this wonderful validation - it's so inspiring. You must have to put in so much hard work to organise a festival and watch all the submissions, so I just wanted to say thanks for that and that you create so much motivation and inspiration for aspiring film makers. Without film festivals it would be a bleak scene out there for us all. Thank you.
