The Dove Block Project Short Film Festival is an annual celebration of short films held in the beautiful Finger Lakes in the city of Geneva, New York. The festival showcases short films from local film makers and other regions of the world, offering a platform for emerging filmmakers and established ones. The festival will also host various events, including Q&A sessions with filmmakers, and special screenings.

The festival will take place in The Dove Block Project’s very own Jim Spates Micro Theater, a state of the art 27 seat theater within the art gallery and just a few minutes walk from Seneca lake. The theater is surrounded by a multitude of diversity featuring cuisines from around the world, historic architecture, The Smith Opera House, and Hobart William Smith College

Films must be no longer than 15 minutes and no shorter than 1 minute, animated or live action. Films must be accompanied with an introduction if film maker isn't present for screening
