Our festival provides a platform for emerging filmmakers to showcase their work to a diverse and enthusiastic audience. With screenings, Q&A sessions with filmmakers, and networking opportunities, Clown Film is the perfect place for both film lovers and industry professionals to come together. Awards & Prizes

What we offer -

1. All selected films will be screened on our website.

2. Every Official Selection will receive the Official Laurel of Clown Film.

3. We provide certificates and laurels to the finalist and winners which highlights their achievement.

Rules & Terms

1. Entries must be submitted via FilmFreeway.

2. For early bird 30%, Final Deadline 40% discount code is available. If anyone used any other code in these deadlines without our knowledge, the whole project will be disqualified.

3. We accept films in every language. Subtitles are required but not mandatory.

4. Participants may submit several projects, but each entry must be submitted separately.

5. All fees are non-refundable.

6. Publication: the finalists and winning movie will have its movie poster published on Moving Pictures

7. PORNOGRAPHIC CINEMAS ARE NOT ALLOWED!

8. The Jury decision is final.
