Please read these Rules & Terms carefully before you submit your film.
By submitting your film into competition in the
Kodaikanal film festival, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you shall be bound by the terms of these Rules & Terms.
Submitting your film to the Kodaikanal film festival is not a guarantee of selection.
All the winning films will receive an award or certificate.
We treat every filmmaker equally.
Do not submit industrial or instructional works.
1. Films made in languages other than English must have English subtitles otherwise they will be summarily rejected.
2.the Kodaikanal film festival reserves the right to refuse entries.
3. The Kodaikanal film festival will not refund any fees if the filmmaker fails to submit the film in the correct category. Films submitted without the correct fees or proper submission media may be deemed ineligible at the discretion of the Kodaikanal film festival programming director or executive director. The festival does not cover any of the expenses incurred by the filmmaker.
4. After a film has been an official selection, the filmmaker will be notified, and eventually the film will be listed on the festival website under Official Selections.
The Official Selection status doesn’t mean that your film will be screened at the festival. It means that your film has been appreciated by our judges and you can use the festival logo on your poster.
5. A nominee will be privately screened for the Kodaikanal film festival judging panel, and will not be screened initially to the public.
6. A filmmaker’s submission fee will not be reimbursed if they decide to withdraw their submission. All entry fees are non-refundable.
7. Kodaikanal film festival may without advance notice amend these Rules & Terms from time to time. Each and every such amendment shall become effective immediately. It is your responsibility to periodically check for updates of these Rules & Terms

உங்கள் திரைப்படத்தைச் சமர்ப்பிக்கும் முன், இந்த விதிகளை கவனமாகப் படிக்கவும் &. விதிமுறைகள்.
1. ஆங்கிலம் தவிர பிற மொழிகளில் எடுக்கப்படும் திரைப்படங்கள் ஆங்கில வசனங்களைக் கொண்டிருக்க வேண்டும் இல்லையெனில் அவை சுருக்கமாக நிராகரிக்கப்படும். திரைப்படத் தயாரிப்பாளர் சரியான பிரிவில் படத்தைச் சமர்ப்பிக்கத் தவறினால், கொடைக்கானல் திரைப்பட விழா எந்தக் கட்டணத்தையும் திருப்பித் தராது. சரியான கட்டணம் அல்லது சரியான சமர்ப்பிப்பு ஊடகம் இல்லாமல் சமர்ப்பிக்கப்படும் திரைப்படங்கள் கொடைக்கானல் திரைப்பட விழா நிகழ்ச்சி நிரல் இயக்குனர் அல்லது நிர்வாக இயக்குனரின் விருப்பப்படி தகுதியற்றதாக கருதப்படலாம். திரைப்படத் தயாரிப்பாளருக்கு ஏற்படும் எந்தச் செலவையும் இவ்விழா ஈடுசெய்யாது.
4. ஒரு திரைப்படம் அதிகாரப்பூர்வமாகத் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்ட பிறகு, திரைப்படத் தயாரிப்பாளருக்கு அறிவிக்கப்படும், இறுதியில் படம் அதிகாரப்பூர்வத் தேர்வுகளின் கீழ் திருவிழா இணையதளத்தில் பட்டியலிடப்படும்.
அதிகாரப்பூர்வ தேர்வு நிலை உங்கள் படம் விழாவில் திரையிடப்படும் என்று அர்த்தம் இல்லை. உங்கள் படம் எங்கள் நடுவர்களால் பாராட்டப்பட்டது மற்றும் உங்கள் போஸ்டரில் திருவிழா லோகோவைப் பயன்படுத்தலாம்.
5. கொடைக்கானல் திரைப்பட விழா நடுவர் குழுவிற்கு ஒரு பரிந்துரைக்கப்பட்ட நபர் தனிப்பட்ட முறையில் திரையிடப்படுவார், மேலும் பொதுமக்களுக்கு முதலில் திரையிடப்படமாட்டார்கள்.
6. ஒரு திரைப்படத் தயாரிப்பாளரின் சமர்ப்பிப்புக் கட்டணம் அவர்கள் சமர்ப்பிப்பதைத் திரும்பப் பெற முடிவு செய்தால் திருப்பிச் செலுத்தப்படாது. அனைத்து நுழைவுக் கட்டணங்களும் திரும்பப் பெறப்படாது.
7. கொடைக்கானல் திரைப்பட விழா முன்னறிவிப்பின்றி இந்த விதிகளை&விதிமுறைகளை அவ்வப்போது திருத்தலாம். அத்தகைய ஒவ்வொரு திருத்தமும் உடனடியாக நடைமுறைக்கு வரும். இந்த விதிகளின்&விதிமுறைகளின் புதுப்பிப்புகளை அவ்வப்போது சரிபார்ப்பது உங்கள் பொறுப்பு
