5th International Erzincan Short Film Festival
Contest Participation Conditions
1- Productions in the "Fiction and Documentary" genres will participate in the competition for the festival, and if productions other than these two genres apply, the works that apply will be excluded from the competition.
2- The competitions are directly evaluated internationally and are held in two categories.
3- T.C. Anyone or foreign national can participate.
4- Films whose duration does not exceed 30 minutes can apply.
5- Films produced as of January 1, 2023 can apply. Participating in national or international competitions other than the 5th International Erzincan Short Film Festival or being awarded an award from these competitions does not prevent participation.
6- Those who want to participate in the festival can access the online Application Form from the 5th Erzincan International Short Film Festival website (https://www.erzincanfilmfestivali.com/)
7- It is free to participate in the competition with more than one film.
8- The participation of the films sent to the festival in the events of the 5th International Erzincan Short Film Festival, regardless of commercial purpose, by specifying the name of the director, is deemed to be accepted by the competitor. In addition, small sections or fragments of films can be shown on different channels (television, radio and internet) for the purpose of promoting the festival.
9- The judgment of the pre-selection committee and the main jury is final. The pre-selection committee may recommend a film to another section that is a non-competition selection.
10- Films that have passed the pre-selection will meet with the audience in the program to be created within the scope of the festival.
11- The deadline for the application of the festival is October 7, 2023.
12- Participants must have filled in the online application form at www.erzincanfilmfestivali.com by this date at the latest.
13- In the international competition, short films whose original language is not Turkish must have their Turkish subtitles completed and uploaded as written in the film.
14- Responsibility for copyright is the owner of the work. The participants irrevocably accept and undertake that the 4th International Erzincan Short Film Festival does not have any responsibility in case of any claim by third parties regarding the copyrights of the films.
15- The final results will be determined at the main jury meeting to be held during the festival, and “Best Jury Film”, “Jury Special Award” and if deemed appropriate, “Honorable Mention” will be given in each category.
16- Contest participation conditions consist of seventeen (16) articles, including this article.
5. Uluslararası Erzincan Kısa Film Festivali
Yarışması Katılım Koşulları
1- Festival için “Kurmaca ve Belgesel” türlerindeki yapımlar yarışmaya katılacak olup bu iki tür haricindeki yapımların başvurması halinde başvuru yapan çalışmalar yarışmadan saf dışı bırakılacaktır.
2- Yarışmalar doğrudan uluslararası değerlendirmeye alınıp iki kategoride yapılmaktadır.
3- Yarışmaya T.C. veya yabancı uyruklu herkes katılabilir.
4- Süresi 30 dakikayı aşmayan filmler başvuru yapabilir.
5- 1 Ocak 2023 tarihinden itibaren hazırlanmış olan filmler başvuru yapabilir. 5. Uluslararası Erzincan Kısa Film Festivali dışındaki ulusal ya da uluslararası yarışmalara katılmış̧ olmak ya da bu yarışmalardan ödül almış̧ olmak katılmaya engel değildir.
6- Festivale katılmak isteyenler, onlineBaşvuru Formu’na 5. Erzincan Uluslararası Kısa Film Festivali web sayfasından erişebilirler (https://www.erzincanfilmfestivali.com/)
7- Birden fazla filmle yarışmaya katılmak serbesttir.
8- Festivale gönderilen filmlerin, yönetmen adı belirtilerek ticari amaç̧ gözetmeksizin 5. Uluslararası Erzincan Kısa Film Festivali etkinliklerinde yer alması yarışmacı tarafından kabul edilmiş sayılır. Buna ek olarak, festivalin tanıtımı amacıyla filmlerden küçük kesitler veya fragmanlar farklı mecralarda (televizyon, radyo ve internet) gösterilebilir.
9- Ön seçici kurul ve ana jürinin yargısı kesindir. Ön seçici kurul bir filmi yarışma dışı seçki olan başka bir bölüme önerebilir.
10- Ön elemeyi geçmiş̧ filmler festival kapsamında oluşturulacak programda izleyiciyle buluşacaktır.
11- Festivalin son başvuru tarihi 7 Ekim 2023’dür.
12- Katılımcılar en geç bu tarihe kadar www.erzincanfilmfestivali.com adresinden online başvuru formunudoldurmuş olması gerekir.
13- Uluslararası yarışmada, orijinal diliTürkçe olmayan kısa filmlerin Türkçe altyazıları tamamlanmış̧ ve filmin içerisineyazılmış̧ olarak yüklenmiş olması gerekmektedir.
14- Telif hakları konusunda sorumluluk eser sahibinindir. Katılımcılar, filmlere ilişkin telif hakları konusunda 3.kişiler tarafından herhangi bir iddiada bulunulması halinde 4. Uluslararası Erzincan Kısa Film Festivali’nin herhangi bir sorumluluğunun bulunmadığını gayrikabili rücu kabul ve taahhüt ederler.
15- Festival sırasında yapılacak ana jüri toplantısında kesin sonuçlar belirlenecek, her kategoride “Juri En İyi Film”, “ Juri Özel Ödülü” ve uygun görülürse “Mansiyon” verilecektir.
16- Yarışma katılım koşulları, bu madde dahil olmak üzere on yedi (16) maddeden oluşmaktadır.
