Bienvenue au IndeFilm Festival Le Havre !

After the fantastic success of our Second Edition in Le Havre in the heart of the mythical Cinema Le Studio (4-6 november), we are back for a third edition. Let's go to celebrate together the independant cinema !

What is Indefilm Fest ? A profesionnal festival with a familiy spirit. We imagine a place where public, filmmakers, and professional can meet, watch movies in outstanding condition, gather and have a drink together !

The “Indefilm Fest” is a hybrid international festival aimed at young filmmakers from all around the world who deserve to see their work rewarded. Run by "independent cinema" enthusiasts and professionals, and the cultural incubator "Culture Art & Vision".

The first steps, the enormous work to succeed in making his first films, and finally the desire to share it and show it to the public. All the directors know that feeling. Receive encouragement to continue, and move forward. The “Le Havre Indefilm Fest” is aimed at all those low budget filmmakers (short and feature) who have succeeded in setting up a project, in telling a story. We are here to provide them with an audience.

Awards & Prizes

The best projects will compete and the reward will be give by the public and our jury of specialists.

Rules & Terms

The festival has the following structure:

A. The selection of films: Our committee sees and debates about ALL submitted films before making the decision.

B. Official Selection films are getting laurel and will be screened in Le Havre during Festival. Official Selection films will be publish on our website, with an advanced description and your trailer.

C. The jury and the public will award the winners among the Official Selection films during the Festival.

1. All languages are accepted. If your movie is not in English or French, you must have English subtitles in your movie.
2. No fee waiver. All entry fees are non-refundable.
3. Multiple entries from the same submitter are accepted. A separate submission and a separate entry fee must accompany each entry.
4. The decision of the festival selection committee will be final and can’t be changed.
5. The festival authorities will have the right to retain copies of each film and the material send as part of our festival library & can be screened in for Education, promotion, awareness & commercial purposes.
6. The IndeFilm Fest organizers reserve rights to change, cancel or re-schedule the dates, venue, awards & categories without consent or information to contestants.

    They are also very friendly and welcoming, creating a perfect context to create network with other directors and artists. You have the feeling to be part of a warm family.
    The audience was amazing too, and the Q&A moment after the film has been one of the best.
