Blackboard International Film Festival focuses on celebrating Film Makers and Creators around the world, who take a risk and do experiments in Film Making. We are an initiative to support and celebrate filmmakers around the world. We watch films, we write and talk about them. Every month we invite filmmakers to submit their Short, Feature, Documentary, Animated, and Experimental films/Script or Screenplay and music videos.

Awards & Prizes

Dear Filmmakers,

We are a monthly film festival with an annual live screening. Every month we select some set of films that will be categorised as official selection. Not all the films that are officially selected will be screened at our annual event.

Each month we select a Best Film from all the films that have been selected and we name it BEST FILM OF THE MONTH. Only the films that have been selected as the BEST FILM OF THE MONTH of each season/month will be screened at our annual event.

Every Nominee, Official Selection, and Winner will receive Official Laurels and Certificates.

Rules & Terms

We are accepting entries electronically through FilmFreeway.
We accept Work-in-progress.
Multiple entries from the same submitter are accepted.
In case of any dispute regarding the rights of the film, Blackboard International Film Festival won't take any responsibility.
In case your project is chosen as part of the official selection, you also authorize the use of images, trailers, or small portions of your project for the marketing and advertising purposes of the festival.
