As the name suggests, the London Director Awards is a film festival dedicated primarily to film directors. Every year we have a wide range of films from first-time directors. Our aim is to present and promote the best emerging, independent film directors, students and graduates of film schools. Among our top priorities is to encourage young aspiring filmmakers to follow their dreams.

We later saw some of our previous winners at festivals in Cannes, Berlinale, Sundance and Venice. By winning at the festival, we managed to encourage some filmmakers to start filming their first feature films. With our encouragement from the win, we motivated them to start a their feature film and this is a big reason why your film should not be missed at our festival.

𝐋𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 is 𝐈𝐌𝐃𝐛-𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐦 𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥 with LIVE SCREENING in Close Up Cinema London, in United Kingdom. We organized all our screenings in this cinema. We screened more than 50 films from world directors. Our festival connects directors and potential distributors using our online library, where you too have the opportunity to publish your film's details (more information can be found in the category ⭐️ Want to sell your short/feature film?)

From my perspective this isn't a real festival. And this review isn't coming from someone who feels bitter as I won "Best London Film director". There are so many films "selected" for this event and yet less than 10 were included in the one off live screening. How can a festival select 500 and counting and show less than 10..? Makes the whole thing meaningless

From discovering hidden gems to witnessing groundbreaking works of art, the festival promises an unforgettable experience that fuels my love for storytelling and sparks inspiration in ways I never imagined. Thank you for selecting my screenplay.
