I cortometraggi, senza limiti di genere, potranno essere iscritti elettronicamente mediante la piattaforma FilmFreeway;
I film non in lingua italiana, dovranno essere sottotitolati in lingua italiana o inglese, pena esclusione dal concorso.
In caso di selezione gli autori dovranno inviare: sinossi, locandina del film, foto di backstage o frame, trailer (se disponibile), breve bio dell'autore.
Nel caso in cui gli autori selezionati non possano presenziare alla serata di premiazione dovranno inviare un video di presentazione del cortometraggio e dell'autore della durata massima di un minuto.

Il costo d'iscrizione è volto a coprire parte dei costi di organizzazione.
Ogni regista può iscrivere un massimo di due cortometraggi (una tassa di iscrizione per ciascun progetto).

Il Festival si riserva il diritto di completare ogni informazione non fornita dal partecipante, reperendola da qualsiasi fonte disponibile, e non sarà responsabile nel caso in cui fossero inserite informazioni non corrette. Il Pegaso Film Festival si riserva il diritto di aggiungere, modificare, cambiare, cancellare parti del regolamento in qualsiasi momento e senza preavviso. Il Pegaso Film Festival fornirà la miglior qualità possibile per la proiezione ma non sarà responsabile per qualsiasi problema tecnico inevitabile relativo alla qualità della proiezione. Non saranno previsti rimborsi economici di nessun genere per i casi su descritti. I partecipanti garantiscono, senza riserve, al Festival il diritto di utilizzare girato, fotografie e/o titoli, e qualsiasi informazione aggiuntiva per fini promozionali e per la partecipazione. Gli autori con l'iscrizione al Festival dichiarano di essere pieni titolari di tutti i diritti dell'opera in ogni sua parte o di averne acquisito i diritti. L'autore solleva da ogni responsabilità gli organizzatori in caso di violazione di diritti terzi. Qualora selezionati per la proiezione ufficiale i cortometraggi non potranno essere ritirati dalla propria categoria di riferimento. L’organizzazione del Festival si riserva il diritto di modificare o sospendere l’evento. L’organizzazione del festival ha facoltà di valutare singolarmente e prendere in considerazione tutti i casi non presenti nel bando.
La partecipazione al Pegaso Film Festival implica la comprensione e l’accettazione del bando nella sua interezza. L’organizzazione del Festival dichiara che i dati personali forniti saranno utilizzati ai sensi del D.Lgs. n° 196/2003 e successive modifiche, nonché il regolamento UE n. 2016/679 e che i dati saranno trattati per le finalità del Concorso.

During the award night, the selected films will be submitted to the judgment of a technical jury, composed of professionals and experts in cinema and audiovisual from Tuscany, and will award the following prizes:
Best Film;
Best Screenplay;
Best Photography;
Best Editing;
Best Actor;
Best Actress;
Best Director;
Best Soundtrack;
Best Foreign Film;
Pegaso Award (Special Award assigned by the selection committee);
The audience will express the preference for one film in competition, the most voted will receive the Audience Award.
The Jury may also award other prizes or special mentions at its discretion, such as not assigning some.
The selection committee of the Pegaso Film Festival decides the selected films for the award night.
The organization of the Festival will nominate the official members of the Jury that assign the awards.
The decisions of the selection committee and the Jury shall be final. The selection committee will decide the number of short films for the official screening.
The directors or authors of the selected films will be contacted officially by the Festival's organization through email.
The titles of the films selected will be published on the web site and social page of the Pegaso Film Festival.
It is up to the organization of the Festival to decide on the disputed cases.
SUBMISSION
You can submit the short films, without genre limits, only through the FilmFreeway platform.
Films not in Italian (even English) should be subtitled in Italian or English.
In case of selection, the authors must send: synopsis, movie poster, backstage or frame photos, trailer (if available), short bio of the author.
In case the selected authors cannot attend the award night, they must send a video presentation of the short film and the author for a maximum of one minute.

- Short films from Italy and other Countries, entry fees: 10€;
The payment, if due, will be made directly on the FilmFreeway platform.
The entry fee is intended to cover part of the organization's costs.
Any authors/directors can submit up to 2 short films (will need for each project an entry fee).

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Festival reserved the right to complete any information not provided by participants, finding it from any available source, and will not be liable in the event that incorrect information is entered.
The Pegaso Film Festival reserved the right to add, modify, change, deleted a part of regulation at any moment and without notice.
The Pegaso Film Festival will provide the best quality possible for the screening but it's not responsible for any unavoidable technical problems during the screening. There will be no refunds for the cases described above. All participants guarantee, without reserve, permission to the Pegaso Film Festival to use photos, titles, and any other information for promoting the current edition of the Festival and the participation of the selected film.
The authors/directors, with the film's submission, declare that they are the full holders of all copyrights of the film's submit, in all its parts, or to have acquired the rights. The authors/directors remove the responsibility of the organizers in case of infringement of third-party copyright.
If selected for the official screening, the short films cannot be withdrawn from their reference category. The organization of the Festival reserves the right to modify or suspend the event. The organization of the festival has the right to individually evaluate and consider all cases not present in the call.
Participation in the Pegaso Film Festival implies understanding and acceptance of the call in its entirety. The organization of the Festival declares that the personal data provided will be used in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and subsequent amendments, as well as EU Regulation no. 2016/679, and that the data will be processed for the purposes of the Competition.
