For the jury comprehension, we require SUBTITLES in ENGLISH

Subscribing to the festival, Baburka Production is hereby granted the right to utilize the film submitted and accepted for exhibition at the Festival for promotional purposes (digital, print, broadcast media) for the life of the festival and in all the pre and post festival events.

Submitting your film to Baburka Production - Hip Hop Cine Fest you commit to a public screening of your film and to the streaming of the same on a private platform for the duration of the festival. The submitting of the film hereby warrants that the submitter it is authorized to commit the film for screening, and understands and accepts these regulations. Is possible to manifest geoblocking needs.
"Commit to public screening" means films may not be withdrawn after acceptance of the invitation to screen.

By submitting to the Hip Hop Cine Fest Rome, you indemnify Baburka Production from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees, and costs of the court) which may be incurred by reason of any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, publicity, screening, and loss of or damage to the screening videos entered.

We do Not return presentation materials (USBs or thumb/hard drives).

The Festival will not be able to cover travel costs for attending Filmmakers. However can help to find cheap accomodation and with logistical support.

IF THE MOVIE WILL BE SELECTED:
it is recommended to be ready with a correct upload of the required material on the FilmFreeway platform:
- film file (possibly in .mp4), remember to abilitate the download option
- film trailer if available otherwise is higly recommended to make one
- film poster
- back stage pictures or movie stills
- add the instagram tags to be mentioned in the notes
-.srt file with English subtitles (if the movie is in an other language) because it would help the organization in translating the subtitles into other languages all the finalist are translated in Italian for the movie theater screening and the organization donate the file to the directors

All this material will help the organization to promote at best your work once selected
