LAURELS :

Filmy Arts Short Film Festival will give out Laurels to the selected few submissions in chosen categories for cinematic excellence. We believe our online film festival will give filmmakers a chance to successfully showcase their work in short films to a very wide range of audiences from many different parts of the world.

CERTIFICATES :

Participation Certificates will be provided to participating teams / individuals per short-film entry. Certificates will be communicated via email only.

Rules & Terms

1. TEASER : "Film Festival intro Teaser" must be included at the very beginning of all short films submitted to this contest, otherwise our judging panel hold the right and decision to reject your entry. Teaser video link will be provided to participants before video submissions. Register your short film entry details for now.

2. LENGTH : Short film video must Not be longer than 13 min (including teaser & credits). (maximum duration - 13 mins. including credits)

3. LANGUAGE : Short Film must either be in English, or in Hindi, Punjabi, or Gujarati language having English subtitles attached to the video. No separate files please.

4. TIMELINE : Short Film must be produced after 2019.

5. COPYRIGHT : We retain no responsibility for copyright claims. Your Content Must be Original. Any such claim later would attract penalty / legal formalities towards submitting party, that will be handled by Legal teams under local jurisdiction in the USA.

In such cases of Copyright claims, YOU (the submitter) will be responsible for the charged fees, copyright fees, copyright fine, legal fees, court room, and any related charges related to the claim, for the duration of until the case is settled in all completing terms, as stated by the legal parties including the court of law.

6. PROMOTIONS : By participating in this contest, You implicitly allow us to promote your film and create promotional campaign with your short film, poster, or other materials received with entries. There will be no compensation offered for video and/or other marketing materials used for promotions, at present or in future.

7. PERMISSION : With Each Contest Entry Submission, YOU agree to our Terms and Conditions and explicitly give us permission to use your email address for internal marketing purposes at present or in future. We Do Not Spam, but you're given a choice to opt-out from marketing emails from FilmyArts.com (if you subscribed).

8. Selected Short Film nominees will be contacted by our team, for submissions in chosen categories for cinematic excellence.

9. Programme Details for online event festival night will be available to the selected nominees one week prior to the event.

10. Decisions made by our judging panel will be FINAL.

11. NO APPEALS will be entertained later. We DO NOT Modify Any Content.
