VDF presents a unique dance experience of the best in dance film and performance from across the country and beyond.

Two days of amazing dance online and in the theater!
The festival will present a curated selection of dance films and dance company performances at two locations:
The Dairy Arts Center in Boulder, CO (Jan 20, 2024) and Ruth Page Center for the Arts in Chicago, IL (Apr 13, 2024).

Rules & Terms

Films must have a strong dance focus of any genre.
Films must be between 3–12 minutes in length.
By submitting your film to Versatility Dance Festival you confirm that you have the rights to show the film in public, including any music rights.

    I didn't attend the festival in person. I had one interaction via social media with the festival, but no personal emails. I do wish that festivals would personally communicate with their selections more, even if they are not able to attend in person.
