London International Motion Pictures Awards ( L.I.M.P.A) is an annual event held in London, United kingdom. It aims to disseminate film culture and the progress achieved in various branches of film art and to strength the relations among filmmakers throughout the world in general.

Each month, the festival evaluates and rewards the creations with the official laurels of L I M P A to participate in the annual event in London.

The philosophy of the festival is to give recognition to the best films and promote as many more movies better.

The first 3 years of our festival were performing arts. At last a dream fulfilled. The fusion of the scenic arts with the seventh art is called LIMPA.

Our alternative events are held in London, Spain and New York. Thanks to our network of festivals friends.

Although this sounds like a great festival, the communication this year has been extremely poor. Despite being a finalist, we have had virtually no communication from the festival despite numerous emails, social media messages, etc. The films where shown early December online, which is great considering the global pandemic but it is now almost the end of April and we still do not have any idea of winners. If there has been problems behind the scenes, then there should be transparency. No date set for announcement. It has also been 10 weeks since the last communication from the festival despite consistent emails asking for details. I would NOT recommend this festival going forward.

Despite all the pressures and confusions caused by COVID L.I.M.P.A have managed to pull off a wonderful festival. Brilliant! Wonderful to be involved. Delighted our feature documentary, The Village on the Loch was a Semi Finalist. Looking forward to entering our next film. Caroline Strong Director- Mousehole Films
