Hollywood Forever Film Festival is a live annual film festival that honors it's top choices in independent cinema in addition to holding a monthly award event online.

Our goal is to find undiscovered cinematic achievements, and provide a platform in order to showcase them. We accept films from all over the world, and strongly encourage film makers who are creating new and original art to consider submitting to our film festival.

All films that are submitted to us throughout the year will be in consideration for the February screening. We do not guarantee a spot in our final selection. Also, being in our past monthly official film selections and/or awards winners also does not guarantee you a spot in our final selection, however, it does increase your chances.

All final films selections for the Official Hollywood Forever Film Festival in February will be selected and reached out to separately, and will then be a contender in our annual Hollywood Forever Film Festival Awards Screening.

All winners through out the year will be invited to attend our Annual festival held in Hollywood in February 2020.

Each winning film receives one free VIP seat and they will have access to their screening blocks.

Hollywood Forever Film Festival is a film festival which celebrates Short and Feature films from around the world with one annual screening.

All winning films will be awarded a certificate.

Rules & Terms

Please read all rules and regulations before submitting your project.

The Competition reserves the right to refuse entries.

By submitting your film to the Hollywood Forever Film Festival the individual or corporation submitting the film hereby warrants that it is authorized to commit the film for screening, and understands and accepts these requirements, rules and regulations.

We do not accept DVD, Blue Ray or DCP files. We accept all genre in any language, from around the world. Please select the right category while submitting to avoid disqualification.

a. All films must be English or have subtitles in English.

b. Films must be submitted to at least one Genre in order to qualify for additional technical categories.

c. After a film has been a Semi-Finalist, the filmmaker will be notified. Semi Finalist doesn’t mean that your film will be screened at the festival.

d. Entry fees are non-refundable.

    Even though I live in Los Angeles and could easily have attended, this festival did not even inform me that my film had been selected or was screening. There was no communication at all. The only way I found out the event had even taken place was Filmfreeway requesting that I review it a few days after it supposedly happened.
