This is the place for participating Grade 7 & 8 classes to submit their student documentaries for Water Docs at School program

Yes there will be! We present a prize for the Best Project and one for the Best Film.

Remember:
Films are to be max. 4 minutes long (not including end credits)

Any music, audio, images, clips, or other elements you don’t create yourselves must be royalty free! (see WDaS Filmmaking Basics Guide page 20 for sources: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1akuanAogy7BVPZfiqU1ViePp1u2GgQwW/view)

You must include logos from LSF (https://lsf-lst.ca/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/LSF-logo-high-resolution-english-only.png) and Water Docs at School (https://lsf-lst.ca/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/WaterDocs-at-School-logo.png) in your film’s credits (click links to download high-resolution logo files)

You must submit a signed Media Release Form for every child whose face appears in your film. We have 2 options: a class form to be signed by your principal (preferred - https://lsf-lst.ca/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/WDaS-Media-Release-Form-2024-Class-Form.pdf), or an individual form to be sent home to parents (https://lsf-lst.ca/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/WDaS-Media-Release-Form-2024-Individual-Form.pdf)
