A RighteousEnt distribution contract will be a fair agreement where your work will be taken to market in various countries around the world. We have the ability to release your finished video content digitally & physically in different countries via various systems including The Orchard (global), CCA (mobile Africa), HORUS (UK), BERGER (Brazil mobile), ULTIMATE (China mobile app), HUNGAMA (India).
As you will see we have partnerships with every major digital distribution system available, and it allows us access to the individual companies marketing departments. Thus, we have information on marketing opportunities, promotional opportunities and special sales programs.
Your company must still market and promote to build your fan base. However, we will aim to get your work sold in as many territories as possible offering translation, marketing, and social media services. This distribution deal, opens up the avenues where your product can be downloaded. It is also an open accounting system allowing you 24hour access to see exactly what is happening with your productions.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The market is always in a constant flux but primarily we would look at unreleased narrative or documentary feature and short based content. These films must have supporting marketing materials that include a film poster, press release content and the film project details.
We are also looking for music based works. This includes Music video, music based films, tv programs, or musical performances up to 3hrs. If we want your work on our slate, it will be based on what the market is telling us. We will inform you of the likely scenarios, managing your expectations and ensuring that we are all on the right page prior to offering a contract.
