MOSTRA DEL CINEMA DI TARANTO DAL MAR PICCOLO ALL'INFINITO

4. SUBMISSION
there is a participation fee of 10,00 € to the MOSTRA DEL CINEMA DI TARANTO.
a) Registration can be made online, through web portals dedicated to cinema festivals or, alternative, by mailing the registration form and film link to mostracinemataranto@gmail.com.
b) The entry form is downloadable from websites www.mostracinemataranto.com, www.levantefilmfest.com and from Facebook pages Mostra del Cinema di Taranto, Levante International Film Festival or explicitly requested to the email mostracinemataranto@gmail.com.
c) The application form must be fill in all its parts and must indicate the link of the registered work. If the film is not in Italian, it must be with English or Italian subtitles.
Furthermore, the entry form must be furnished,under penalty of esclusion, with the synopsis and dialogue list in English or Italian and a statement of the director, his biography and filmography, cast and credits, actor’s biographies, photographs of the director and the actors, scenes from the movie in black and white and/or colour, in addition a director short commentary of the film and any other documentation that may be useful for the selection of the film.
All must be sent by April 30, 2024.
d) Any submission that does not comply with the rules laid down will not be accepted.
e) To the works selected to participate, under penalty of esclusion, will be required to send, in DVD or in BR or PEN DRIVE format, a copy of the film with italian or english subtitles (if not recited in the english language).
f) Copies of the films selected or not for the competition will not be returned and will become part of the LevanteInternational Film Festival/Mostra del Cinema di Taranto Archive, open to public consultation, exclusively for research and study reasons, without any commercial purpose.

5. FILM SCREENINGS
a) The program and screening times will be set exclusively by the Festival management. The projections will be made from copies made by the organization downloaded, at the best possible resolution, from the links sent and placed on the hard disk.
b) All selected films will be published on the websites www.mostracinemataranto.com and on Facebook pages Mostra del Cinema di Taranto and Levante International Film Festival by June 15, 2024.

7. GENERAL RULES
a) All costs of transportation of the film are the responsibility of the proposers.
b) It is the responsibility of the presenter’s insurance costs for the delivery of the works and the accompanying material.
c) By entering the Contest each author is responsible for the content of his works,releasing the Festival management from any liability. The Festivalmanagement can make decisions on matters not provided in this Regulation and to waive the regulation in specific motivated circumstances.
d) The judges' decision is final.
e) The selected works will be publicly viewable online twice just after the live programming. Those entitled must allow the use of their works online with a specific release.
f) The registration of a work at the MOSTRA DEL CINEMA DI TARANTO requires the unconditional acceptance of these regulations, which must be signed at the bottom by the production or distribution manager, as well as attached to the application. The person submitting the work must make the necessary arrangements to any third parties involved in the film broadcast during the festival.
g) The festival management does not assume responsibility for any eventual movement of the Event to another period of 2024 or to the following year, due to force majeure (pandemic, meteorological events of objective gravity, environmental disaster, etc.), in any case maintaining the characteristics set out in this regulation.

4. AMMISSIONE
a) L'iscrizione alla mostra prevede un fee di 10,00 €
b) Essa può avvenire online tramite vari Portali dedicati ai Festival di Cinema o, in alternativa, tramite l'invio per email della scheda di iscrizione e il link dell’opera candidata a mostracinemataranto@gmail.com.
c) La scheda di iscrizione è scaricabile dai siti www.mostracinemataranto.com, www.levantefilmfest.com, e dalle pagine Facebook Mostra del Cinema di Taranto, Levante International Film Festival o esplicitamente richiesta alla email mostracinemataranto@gmail.com.
d) La scheda d’iscrizione, deve essere compilata in tutte le sue parti e deve riportare link dell’opera candidata. Se l’opera non è in lingua italiana, deve essere data la possibilità di visionarla con sottotitoli in inglese o in italiano.
La domanda deve essere corredata, a pena di esclusione: dalla Sinossi, dialogue list (con time code) in inglese o in italiano, da una Dichiarazione Del Regista, la sua Bio-Filmografia, Cast e Credit, Biografie Attori, Fotografie del Regista e degli Attori, Scene in Bianco e Nero o a Colori, con l’aggiunta di un Breve Commento del Regista al Film e ogni altra documentazione che possa essere utile alla selezione del film, oltre e prioritariamente al link del film.
La documentazione deve essere inviata entro il 30 APRILE 2024.
e) Ogni invio che non rispetterà le modalità previste non sarà accettato.
f) Le opere selezionate, per partecipare, pena esclusione, avranno l'obbligo di inviare link del film ad alta risoluzione (comunque non superiore a 10 GB), sottotitolato in italiano o in inglese (se non recitato in lingua inglese).
g) Le copie dei film non ammessi al Concorso e quelle in competizione, non verranno restituite ed entreranno a far parte dell’Archivio di Levante International Film Festival/Mostra del Cinema di Taranto, di pubblica consultazione elusivamente per motivi di ricerca e studio e senza alcun fine commerciale.
5. PROIEZIONE DELLE OPERE
a) Il calendario e gli orari delle proiezioni saranno elaborati esclusivamente dalla Direzione del Festival. Le proiezioni saranno effettuate da opere scaricate dai link inviati e con i film posti su Hard Disk, alla migliore risoluzione possibile.
b) Tutti i credit dei film selezionati verranno pubblicati sul sito www.mostracinemataranto.com e sulle pagine Facebook di Mostra del Cinema di Taranto, Levante International Film Festival, entro il 15 GIUGNO 2024.

7. NORME GENERALI
a) Tutte le spese per l’invio dei film sono a carico dei proponenti.
b) Con l’iscrizione al Concorso ogni autore risponde dei contenuti delle proprie opere, sollevando la Direzione del Festival da ogni responsabilità.
c) La Direzione del Festival può prendere decisioni relative a questioni non previste dal presente regolamento e di derogare al regolamento stesso in casi ben determinati e motivati.
d) Il giudizio della giuria è insindacabile.
e) Le opere selezionate saranno visionabili pubblicamente on line per un tempo limitato appena dopo la programmazione dal vivo, purché gli aventi titolo consentano con apposita liberatoria l’uso delle proprie opere in rete.
f) L’iscrizione di un’opera a MOSTRA DEL CINEMA DI TARANTO prevede l’accettazione incondizionata del presente regolamento, che va firmato in calce dal responsabile di produzione o distribuzione, nonché allegato alla domanda. Colui che procede all’iscrizione di un’opera deve assicurarsi degli adempimenti necessari nei confronti di terze parti coinvolte nella realizzazione dell’opera che verrà diffusa attraverso gli spazi concessi dalla MOSTRA.
g) La direzione del Festival non si assume la responsabilità di un eventuale spostamento della Manifestazione ad altro periodo del 2024 o all’anno successivo, per causa di forza maggiore (pandemia, eventi meteorologici di gravità oggettiva, disastro ambientale, etc.), garantendo pur sempre le caratteristiche enunciate in questo regolamento.
