3 minutes film Festival
In March the 3rd of every year this festival is held in Baghdad the capital city of Iraq. The number 3 is the common denominator for all the festival's activities, including viewing, evaluating parties and annalistic sessions, which will be limited to three minutes for each speaker. The festival awards are only three prizes. The festival supports the young talents in Iraq by providing them the opportunity to show case their productions through the festival screen. The production of a large part of these films is for those who do not have the ability to produce their own film, as well as, opening the door of the participation to the films of youth from all countries of the world to present them to the Iraqi public, as well as, up lifting the spirit of competition for both local and international films. the festival has completed its third session and we are preparing to hold the fourth. We have been so successful in our work as we see it thriving in deplane and prosperity at all aspects that will promote the films and participants to put them on the right track towards success.

مهرجان ثلاث دقائق السينمائي
مهرجان يقام في العاصمة العراقية بغداد في الثالث من آذار من كل عام الساعة الثالثة ولمدة ثلاثة أيام ، ويكاد الرقم 3 هو القاسم المشترك لكل فعاليات المهرجان ، بما فيها لجان المشاهدة والتحكيم والجلسات النقدية التي تحدد بثلاثة دقائق لكل متحدث في ندوات المهرجان التي تقام مصاحبة للعروض اليومية . وقت الافلام التي تعرض فيه يجب ان لاتزيد عن 3 دقائق ايضاً، يدعم المهرجان المواهب الشابة في العراق ويقوم بعرض نتاجهم من خلال شاشة المهرجان وإنتاج جزء كبير من هذه الأفلام لمن ليس لدي القدرة على إنتاج أفلامه من خلال الدعم اللوجستي لإنتاج الفيلم . اضافة الى فتح باب التقديم لأفلام الشباب من كافة دول العالم وعرضها للجمهور العراقي وفتح روح المنافسة فيما بينها بمسابقة خاصة للأفلام العالمية . والآن أكمل المهرجان دورته الرابعة ونستعد لاقامة الدورة الخامسة بتنظيم عالي جدا على كافة الاصعدة التي من شأنها الارتقاء بالافلام والمشاركين بشكل يليق بسمعة وتجربة المهرجان وما وصل اليه من نجاح ملحوظ من سنة إلى أخرى.
