Calling all Filmmakers! The Harrisburg-Hershey Film Festival is seeking early submissions of Narrative Features, Narrative Shorts and Documentary Films of all genres to be featured in our 4th year festival lineup!
The Harrisburg-Hershey Film Festival (HHFF) is excited to announce its 3rd Annual Festival. The unique Capital City festival strives to promote independent films throughout Central Pennsylvania. This fall, the HHFF will take place over the course of 4 days in the month of September at Harrisburg’s Midtown Cinema, which specializes in showcasing independent and foreign films. Last year, the festival was attended by hundreds of enthusiastic moviegoers and this year we look forward to growing that audience and sharing a new and exciting set of films with our attendees! We are currently in search of films of any genre in the following formats: Narrative Features, Narrative Shorts, and Documentaries.
Founded by filmmakers experienced with the filmmaking process (from Pre-Production through Distribution) and the Film Festival circuit, HHFF strives to bring the Independent Film Festival experience to Central Pennsylvania. Each screening block is a mixture of both short and feature films to maximize audience exposure to both mediums. The screening blocks are followed with a Q&A session in which the audience is able to interact with filmmakers in attendance, presenting an excellent opportunity for those at the heart of each narrative to receive feedback on their projects and grow as artists.
