Welcome to the first annual Veterans Community Center Film Festival.
We'd like you to know a bit about the Veterans Community Center in Willimantic, Connecticut. It is a place of hope. It is a place of forgiveness. It is a place where any veteran and any family member of a veteran is welcome.
It is a place of ideas, resourcefulness, and finding solutions that best help each veteran to live as fully as possible.
And so, with that, this festival seeks to honor the stories of veterans in any form. Films of any genre (animatiom, documentary, experimental, music video, narrative, etc.) are welcome. Films that are political or culturally divisive will not be accepted, as they go against the foundation of the Veterans Community Center.
The Veterans Community Center Film Festival will be held on 13 November 2021. All are invited to attend.
