The Tonic TV Network Online Festival is a platform to showcase independent film and mixed media. Our goal is to support independent film and promote all types of creative media. We hope to find new talent and showcase their work on Tonic TV Network Subscription Channel. You can opt-out of showing your work on our Subscription Channel. If you opt-in your work will be showcased for 60 days and you will be paid a percentage of the subscription fee. This percentage will only be paid for every full view that you get. After 30 days and a report of how many views will be emailed to you. You will be notified if and when your work is up and running on our Subscription Channel.

All entries receive Official Selection Laurels and Certificates of Participation.
All winners will receive laurels and certificates. Some of our categories will receive a cash prize.

Rules & Terms

Student Films will require proof of being a current student to receive discounted rate. Please support our cause by paying for your submission at the normal rate if you are not a student.

Features or any film over 60 mins. Anything under is considered a short.

All submissions must be the artist's own work. No Copyrighted material

· Every submission has to pick one main category.
· Multiple entries are allowed for each filmmaker and each entry may be entered in multiple categories.
· All entries should be sent via FilmFreeway. Please don't send discs or any downloadable files to us.
· Works in progress are accepted.
· Entries will not be returned.
· Entry fees are non-refundable
Submitting filmmakers/individuals will be notified by e-mail on or before September 15, 2016
