"Sochi Film Festival" is an annual cultural event dedicated to strengthening the improvement of communication between people of different cultures through the art of cinema and moving images. We hold free festivals for citizens of Sochi, providing access to world-class cinema. We are striving to enrich the Russian cultural environment by presenting the film in a context that stimulates discussions and discussions.
We are increasing the cultural assets of the city of Sochi and its guests, showing a film from around the world. We also strive to promote a deeper understanding of diverse cultures from around the world, thereby contributing to the identity and orientation of Sochi as an international city.
This year's theme for our film festival "New Cinematographers" and should solve new beginnings: as new directors, new MBA students, new scenarios. We are looking for creative quality of art and short films that meet our requirements.

RULES & TERMS
This agreement is concluded between the Sochi Film Festival (SFF) and film producers. The Agreement comes into force from the moment it is published on the websites of our partners. The SFF does not impose any restrictions on genres or styles of films. The duration of the film should not exceed 150 minutes, and the production date of the film should not exceed two years at the time of the festival. Films do not have to be premieres, but all films selected for participation in the festival must comply with the legislation of the Russian Federation and moral and ethical standards.
All materials will be available online only through the websites of our partners or on the festival website. The selection of films will be carried out by the festival jury, films submitted by the authors through our partners will be reviewed by the jury. Entrance fees are non-refundable and do not guarantee a show at the festival.
Any materials sent to SFF are non-refundable. SFF has the right to use all promotional materials and movie trailers for posting on its website, in the media and on social networks. Russian Russian or English subtitles must be specified for materials in languages other than English or Russian. Films that have passed the official selection are recommended with Russian subtitles.
Festival participants must provide a digital copy of their film online. Films selected for screening must pass government checks. It is not mandatory to obtain rental certificates for commercial events at festivals in accordance with Russian Federation legislation.
SFF assists with composing subtitles and conducting all necessary checks to obtain all the documents specified in government regulations, which may be specified individually.
The SFF may change the dates, times, venue, and other information about an event without notice. The SFF is not required to notify filmmakers of these changes.By registering on the website, you are agreeing to receive emails with news, offers, and other materials from us. The new terms and conditions become effective upon publication on our festival website and any partner websites we may have. Sending the registration form is considered an electronic signature on your part, so you are agreeing to all the terms and conditions listed above. The festival organizer is the autonomous non-profit organization for arts development "Festival Plus".
