Unrestricted View Film Festival

The UVFF is back for it's 9th year and is now a British Independent Film Awards (BIFA) qualifying film festival for Short films and British Feature Films. (https://www.bifa.film)..

UVFF is a founder member of AIFF (Association of Independent Film Festivals), which is a community of film festivals dedicated to promoting transparency, fairness, and protection for filmmakers, including the inclusivity of diverse film cultures. We adhere to strict standards to ensure filmmakers have a positive and legitimate experience, aiming to create a more equitable independent film festival circuit in the U.K. More details at www.aiff.uk

UVFF is run by filmmakers and aims to celebrate the very best in indie and encourage all aspects of independent film making.

After eight successful years the 2024 festival will be bigger and better! More information to follow soon.

As well as screenings at Screen on the Green, Vue Islington and The Hen & Chickens Theatre, for the first time we will also be having screenings in Los Angeles.

There will be industry workshops and networking events at The Hen & Chickens throughout the week.
