Sprit companies will be offering tastings of locally made, specialty spirits and sharing some of their knowledge on the growing and processing methods and local restaurants are planning pairing menus to enhance tequila experience. Festival Sayulita was awesome!! I could not believe how welcome I felt the entire time. I attended the festival on my own and the programming committee connected me other filmmakers right away. I got to surf, paddle board, eat delicious food, hike, do yoga, hablar español, and watch films. It was the best week of my year.

By the end of the festival, my new filmmaker friends felt like part of my family! I highly recommend this festival and I can't wait to return.

I love this festival! Met so many amazing people. The outdoor screening venues were awesome. I really enjoyed the non film/ industry related workshops too! Such a warm embrace from a community that love film, surfing, good food, music and he arts in general! I’ll be submitting again this year!
