qFLIX Worcester (September 14-17, 2017) is produced by qFLIX USA, the producers of qFLIX Philadelphia, and is rooted in 23 years of LGBTQ film festival leadership and tradition. We believe that experiencing our voices, stories and visions on film from around the globe, from birth to death, from the loved to the loveless, from youth to maturity, helps lift us forward as individuals and as a community. Film as an international language allows qFLIX Worcester to foster, support, and give access to independent filmmakers and to encourage and nurture younger ones in the art of filmmaking.

Our vision is to preserve the tradition of the exhibition of American and international lesbian, gay, bisexual, transsexual and queer independent film in the New England region. qFLIX Worcester presents this film festival for, by, and about our community. We produce this festival for the education, entertainment, and enjoyment of past, present and future generations.

This festival was one of the first film festivals to recognize and accept my film in the US. Me and my cast and crewI had a great experience, during our film screening, they had a team to welcome us and walking us in the red carpet. We had also great parties during the festival.

We had a fantastic experience. Communication with the producers was exceptionally easy. The screening room was beautiful, and full of enthusiastic fans of the festival. And, everyone we met was a delight. It was an A+ experience.

I got to meet producers Thom and James who were very accommodating and friendly. The other screenings were great. Would have preferred a slightly more easily accessible 2nd venue but the main venue was wonderful!
