This is a quality festival that really cares about showcasing and encouraging young, up-and-coming filmmakers. We got to go to NYC and have our film screened at an awesome, landmark venue - Anthology Film Archives. We also got to participate in a live-streamed Q&A about our film. Overall it was a very positive experience. I would recommend for any young filmmakers or student filmmakers to submit to this festival!

If you want your film, whether made in school, college or out in the world, to appear the best way possible on the screen, this is the festival you want to be at! You get to screen your film on the big screen in the comfortable screening room of Anthology Film Archives, and get to connect with the other filmmakers, even industry professionals! This festival also isn't just yearly, it's weekly, with new films and premieres taking place each week during its Spring and Winter seasons. I highly recommend this festival for all these reasons.
