Our film ("The dolphin skin city") won a prize, we asked for feedback (let alone the prize itself) but we never had any feedback afterwards.

The festival is clearly run by people who love and support indie filmmaking, which makes it a refreshing change of pace from a lot of the festivals I've attended. I will definitely be submitting again next year, as it's a great opportunity to have your work screened. Love this festival!

Washington PA Film Festival is a very small but growing festival that awards cash prizes and a mini statue to the winners of various awards. The festival organizers were very gracious and supportive to the filmmakers. They did not charge admission to the 1-day film screening event and provided a snack and beverage table to the attendees free of charge as well. The selection of the film which were screened tended to favor regionally-made films. My only minor gripe would be that communication between the filmmakers with selected films was nominal until the week before the fest which made planning to attend the festival a bit of a challenge. I'd give this festival 3 1/2 stars if I could.

Nice festival overall! Run by a group of dedicated people who really seem to care about the films and filmmakers. Really good food. The only detail I wish they would give some more attention to is the quality of the sound system as it was difficult to hear many of the movies screened that day, a problem that wasn't an issue the previous year. I will submit more films in the future!
