The Wait-A-Minute Film Competition gives participants one week to complete a film of one minute-or-less length. This year's WAM is particularly exciting as it challenges contestants to create a Halloween-themed film! The secret mystery element (to be revealed on Oct. 1st) will tie into this theme! Prizes in various categories will be given away and screams will be had by all.

As an added bonus for our participants, 30 of the best films will be shown on the big screen at the Blue Mouse Theatre as part of Friday Night Frights program. Immediately following this, John Carpenter's original "Halloween" will be screened. Our contestants will not just have friends and family members for their audience, but a whole theater full of horror film fans!

This event is hosted by Friday Night Frights and Tacoma Filmmakers.
