  • It was a pleasure to meet festival director Tony Sands, and to have my supernatural short, A COINCIDENTAL ENGAGEMENT, receive its UK premiere in London.

    Thank you for the experience.

I've been lucky enough to have two feature films accepted by the festival (Book of Monsters in 2018 & How to Kill Monsters in 2023) and both were great experiences. The festival team always kept me up to date via email with all the information I could need. They were very encouraging of cast and crew attending the festival and awards show, fostering a real sense of community with all the other filmmakers.

The festival also has a wide range of award categories which acknowledge all aspects of production and a free to attend award show on the closing night of the festival with plenty of networking. Highly recommended to any horror filmmakers looking for a welcoming and inclusive film festival ran by some lovely people!
