Lostwood Media is proud to present, in conjunction with The Tioga EDC the Second Tioga Film Festival in Tioga North Dakota!

Sponsored by the Tioga EDC & Tioga Chamber of Commerce and organized by Gina Footh of Lostwood Media

The Tioga Film Festival will be held at the Tioga Movie Theater August 5th, 2017 in Tioga, North Dakota. Deadline submission is July 5th, 2017. All filmmakers from the USA are eligible to participate and there are no limits to submissions. Each submission is required a submission form and submissions are FREE. NO INTERNATIONAL FILMS. FILMS MUST HAVE BEEN MADE IN USA.
PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO OVERWHELMING SUBMISSIONS THE DEADLINE HAS BEEN CHANGED TO JULY 5th.

The Film Festival is part of a weekend event in Tioga. Which includes sidewalk sales, A drone camp and more. Selected and winning films will be shown at the Tioga Movie Theater from 11:00 am until 7:00 pm. Winners will be announced and notified no later than August 1st, 2017. Films will be FREE to view throughout the day.

Tioga Film Festival Submission Rules & Regulations

OFFICIAL SUBMISSION –

The film must have been completed no earlier than January 2016. NO INTERNATIONAL FILMS. FILMS MUST HAVE BEEN MADE IN USA.

ENTRY FEE : FREE

SUBMISSION FORMAT The Festival accepts DVD screener for selection consideration. The DVD screener should be clearly labeled with the details as below: Also, URL links of films to Vimeo, personal websites, and YouTube will be accepted.

DVD Submission
The DVD should be clearly labeled with the
1) Film Title
2) Director’s Name
3) Duration
4) Contact Information.
• SENDING THE DVD SCREENER
All costs are to be prepaid by the sender, and the Festival will not assume responsibility for any charges The DVD screeners will not be returned, and professionally destroyed after the conclusion of each edition of the Festival. Each submission must have submission form and fee.

THEATRICAL FORMAT Should the film be selected, it must be available in full formatted in 1080p or higher on a DVD. The selected films will be played at the Tioga Theater on August 5th 2017. Screenings must be provided on DVD or be available via internet link such at Vimeo or YouTube.

SELECTION RESULTS • The Festival will notify the selection results to the filmmakers by August 31. The Festival reserves the right to decide the section in which the selected film will participate.
