Connecting with our natural surroundings near the Adirondack mountains, The Film Awards are the collaboration of outdoor-minded filmmakers coming together to celebrate film. The Film Awards are a mark of growth a recognition of talent beyond the page. We are a group of filmmakers who had an idea; what if there was an easier way to get work seen--- What if there wasn't a lot of travel, hassle, and the "hustle" ?

So we broke down a festival to what matters most to the filmmakers, and outside of handshake networking, and we think we have figured it out!

The Film Awards uses an exhaustive network of industry professionals to find its panel of judges. With rotating judges, there are always fresh eyes looking at the submitted films and screenplays.

Announcements of the winners and OFFICIAL LAURELS for use with film promotion.

Rules & Terms

The Film Awards are entirely conducted online. Winners will receive online announcements and the TFA Laurel. Filmmakers and submitters submit under the assumption that all rights and endorsements in their films are properly negotiated and that all production members have been justly compensated or made privy to the films intentions.There are no screenings or events connected to the Awards.
