Mission Statement: The Alhambra Theatre Film Festival mission is to bring awareness and financial support for the restoration of the historic Alhambra Theatre by bringing the world of film together. We showcase films that might not otherwise have an opportunity to screen in the Evansville Indiana market. We encourage film makers and students by presenting workshops, screenings, and other opportunities to meet and network with others in the industry and to bring an audience to those films.

Simply the best hospitality on the festival circuit. Very kind and generous with local eateries. Multiple parties to meet new people, and talk projects. Best idea they have is an on demand screening room where you can ask for an encore screening of any film making it easy to catch almost everything you want to see. This is a do not miss festival.

The Alhambra Theatre Film Festival is AWESOME!!

    April 2017
  • 3rd times a charm! This was my third time at Alhambra and it simply just gets better every year. The organizers make sure that the filmmakers are the first thing that they think about because they understand that without us they have no festival. It just doesn't get any better than this festival and it gets better each year.

As first-time filmmakers, we felt welcome and included from the minute we arrived until the end of the festival. The panels and diverse selection of films enhanced this experience. The environment encouraged getting to know the festival organizers, other filmmakers, and the audience. For a relatively new festival, Patrick and his team put on an event we will definitely want to be involved with again. I recommend Alhambra to everyone.
