The First Annual Streaming Entertainment Awards are aimed at Content Creators who produce content exclusively for streaming platforms, networks and portals including Streaming episodic content, TV Pilots, Documentaries, Features, Shorts and Student Created Content including informational and educational content. Categories cover Film, Streaming Episodic Content (Series), Radio, Music and Streaming events and Companies and Providers who are helping to facilitate the streaming entertainment industry.

The Streaming Entertainment Awards Show will also feature panels, a live and streaming awards show, speakers, and more to come as we flex out all of the components.

Our main focus is to support and promote all types of streaming media.

The first year prize will include a Framed Certificate for the winners with them being named "Best of.." in their related category and/or categories.

We are seeking to recognize projects, individuals, creators, companies, performers and also behind-the-scenes talent as well as Producers and more.

We will work diligently to have some additional prizes available, however, at this point the first year project is still gaining traction.

We do plan on building alumni of the Show/Festival/Event that will be called SEA-RCH'ers. Basically any recipients or nominees will be asked to stay in contact to serve as judges and presenters and industry experts in coming years as the event grows.

Eligibility Period & Rules:
Content should have been made available to the public between 6/1/2015 and 5/31/2018.
All content, from all countries, is eligible.
Please make sure non-English submissions have closed-captioning.

(We are opening a wider window for the first year to ensure we have enough competing content in the multitudes of categories we'd like to recognize.)

Rough cuts are welcome to submit.

Anyone can submit any qualified streaming content.

If you don't personally own the content, please, when possible. let the
Creator know that you are submitting him/her/yourself and the project/episode/content for awards consideration. If this is not possible, please submit. You can't win or receive a nomination in any of the categories without submitting.

We recognize we are a first year event. If you need additional assistance or have any questions, concerns, or suggestions, please contact our customer service (StreamingEntertainmentAwards@gmail.com). You can also call us at +1 (310) 853-3731
.
Refund Policy:
Because entries will have been processed and entered into the system, Refunds will not be possible.

Categories:
Select the category that most closely relates to your submission's type of program and/or content.

You may enter the same production or program in multiple categories, including cast and crew categories, as well as category types. Multiple episodes of a series can be submitted for awards consideration, however each episode should be submitted independently.

The Producers do reserve the right to also move your show into other categories, and or your Performers/Crew Member/Producer, etc., based on Category needs and how it scores with the judges.

Submissions submitted to specific categories will be considered for those categories first and then other categories, as they are qualified.

There is an entry fee for each category you enter. Individual entries are evaluated for their intrinsic merits individually on initial judging and for placement as a nominee.

Final nominees compete against the other nominees in their own categories.

The Streaming Entertainment Awards reserves the right to expand and reduce the number of finalists in each category including, but not limited to, combining categories and/or adding categories if there are no submissions or more submissions that meet our standards of excellence or meet the minimums needed to create a new category.

A performer/on-air personality may enter multiple achievements in a performing category if the achievements are for different programs.

Screenplays :
Submissions for SCREENPLAY must include a pdf of the screenplay. We accept produced and un-produced screenplays. The work is being judged on the writing rather than the finished film.
